By giving children the freedom to channel their emotions and energies in a safe environment, their self-esteem and confidence will increase significantly. 2. Dance is a Great Form of Exercise
Dance classes can increase flexibility, stamina, strength and all around physical health. You can't beat having fun and getting some exercise while you're at it
1. Encourages Socialization
At Spotlight, children are in a stress-free learning environment surrounded by other's who are just like them- starting off and eager to learn. Each class students interact with their peer dancers and more often than not end up making lifelong friendships and bonds!

During the first half of the dance year students will learn and preform holiday dances prepared by their teachers for their friends and family at our Annual Christmas Showcase.
During the second part of the dance season, students will learn choreography for the studio's end of the year recital. Students will receive costumes for each of their dances and will live the star experience preforming in front of a live audience in a historical theatre in the heart of downtown.
